The history of the historic 3-star residence in Perugia
The Hotel is located in an elegant Liberty style building (better known as Art Nouveau in France) built in the early 1900s, then completely renovated starting in 1998, when the owner of the structure has seen her old home revived in the guise of a hospitality business. Some interiors have recently been renovated in order to increasingly enhance the characteristic features of the style and its decorative elegance.
The enchanting balconies, the large windows, the colored glass windows, the ceramic floors combined with the careful choice of details and suitable furniture make Hotel Europa a pleasant alternative to the cold and impersonal proposal of the most modern facilities.

The excellent location in the city but outside the limited traffic zone, allows you to get to the hotel by car without permits, to park your car and move on foot through the narrow medieval streets of the center. The hotel also represents a convenient base for planning trips out of town to the magnificent towns of Umbria such as Assisi (distance 25 km), Spoleto (distance 60 km), Spello (distance 30 km), Gubbio (distance 40 km), Orvieto (distance 75 km), Lake Trasimeno (Passignano is 28 km away)... Even those arriving by train, from Perugia Central Station "Perugia Fontivegge" or by bus "Terminal Bus Piazza Partigiani", can easily reach us via public transport , the lines are the "TS" and the "P". From Piazza Italia it is also possible to take the shuttle that connects the city to the San Francesco di Assisi Airport which is about 15 km away.
